1. Our Identity :-

 Bhartiya Kisaan  is  a  community  marketplace.  We  are  not  traders,  brokers,  or  middlemen.  We  simply  provide  the  digital  tools  for  farmers  and  vendors  to   connect  directly.

2. Who Can Join :-

• Anyone  18  years  or  older  may  register.

• Information  shared  must  be  truthful  and  lawful.

• Users  must  respect  local  and  national  laws.

3. Our Role in Transactions :-

• We  do  not  handle  payments,  deliveries,  or  inspections.

• Every  listing  is  posted  by  independent  farmers  or  vendors.

• Responsibility  for  checking  product  quality,  legality,  and  price  lies  with  the  buyer  and  seller.

4. Payments & Dealings :-

• Bhartiya Kisaan  does  not  process  money.

• All  negotiations  and  payments  happen  directly  between  users.

• Farmers  and  buyers  must  verify  identities  and  use  safe  payment  practices.

• Any  fraud,  disputes,  or  losses  are  not  our  liability.

5. Listings & Responsibilities :-

 When  you  post  a  product  or  service:

• You  confirm  you  have  the  right  to  sell  or  offer  it.

• Details  must  be  accurate  and  clear.

• Listings  must  follow  legal  guidelines.

 We  reserve  the  right  to  remove  misleading  or  harmful  listings.

6. Animals & Product :-

• Buyers  must  check  health,  quality,  and  certification  independently.

• Veterinary  checks,  inspections,  and  transport  are  the  responsibility  of  users.

• Bhartiya  Kisaan  does  not  guarantee  yield,  animal  health,  or  suitability.

7. Respectful Conduct :-

 This  platform  is  built  on  trust  and  community  spirit.  Users  must  not:

• Post  false  or  illegal  content.

• Harass,  impersonate,  or  cheat  others.

• Violate  intellectual  property.

 Breaking  these  rules  may lead  to  suspension  or  removal.

8. Ownership & Rights :-

• Bhartiya Kisaan  branding  and  design  belong  to  us.

• Farmers  and  vendors  retain   ownership  of  their  listings  but  allow  us  to display  them  on  the  platform.

9. No Guarantees :-

 We  provide  the  platform  “as is”.  We  do  not  guarantee  accuracy,   availability,  or  transaction  success.

10. Liability Limits :-

 We  are  not  responsible  for:

• Financial loss

• Fraud or disputes

• Business damage

11. Third‑Party Services :-

 We  may  show  financing,  insurance,  or  service  providers.  Their  actions  are  independent  of  us.

12. Privacy :-

 Your  use   of  Bhartiya Kisaan  is  also  governed  by  our  Privacy  Policy.

13. Governing Law :-

 These  Terms  follow  the  laws  of  India.  Disputes  will  be  handled  in  Indian  courts.

14. Updates :-

 We  may  update  these  Terms  anytime.  Continued  use  means  you  accept  the  changes.
