1. Return Eligibility

  Customers  may  request  a  return  within 2 days  of  receiving  the  product.  To  be  eligible  for  a  return,  the  following  conditions  must  be  meet :-

• The  product  must  be  unused,  undamaged,  and  in  the  same  condition  as  received.

• The  product  must  be  returned  in  its  original  packaging  with  all  tags  and  accessories.

• A  valid  proof  of  purchase  (invoice / order confirmation)  must  be  provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  The  following  items  are  not  eligible  for  return  or  refund :-

• Perishable  goods  (such  as  food  items,  plants,  seeds,  etc.)

• Customized  or  made-to-order  products.

• Digital  products  or  downloadable  content.

• Items  damaged  due  to  misuse  or  improper  handling.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  If  you  receive  a  damaged,  defective,  or  incorrect  item,  please  contact  us  within  48 hours  of  delivery  with  photos  or  videos  as  proof.  After  verification,  we  will                 arrange  a  replacement  or  full  refund.

4. Refund Process

   Once  the  returned  item  is  received  and  inspected,  we  will  notify  you  regarding  the  approval  or  rejection  of  your  refund.

      If  approved :-

• The  refund  will  be  processed  to  the  original  payment  method  used  during  purchase.

• Refund  processing  may  take  5–10  business  days  depending  on  your  bank  or  payment  provider.

5. Shipping Costs

• Customers  are  responsible  for  return  shipping  costs  unless  the  product  was  defective  or  incorrectly  delivered.
• Shipping  charges  are  non – refundable  unless  the  return  is  due  to  our error.

6. Order Cancellation

  Orders  can  be  cancelled  before  shipment.  Once  the  order  has  been  shipped,  it  cannot  be  cancelled  but  may  be  returned  according  to  this  policy.
